1. Are your bags ethically produced?

Yes! All CLARITÉ bags are ethically produced and handmade with care. We partner with overseas artisans who share our commitment to quality and ethical practices.

2. Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. In saying that If you have a special request I can do my best to make anything happen - just send us an email!

3. What is your return policy?

Due to the limited number of stock available for our first collection drop, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. How can I initiate a return?
