Returns and Refund Policy
1. Change of Mind:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully.
2. Faulty Items:
- If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund as per Australian Consumer Law. To initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your item. Proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the fault are required.
3. Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
4. Process:
- To return a faulty item, please email our customer service team at INFO@CLARITE.COM.AU with your order number, photos of the fault, and a description of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Refunds:
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
