1. Shipping Locations:

  • We currently only ship within Australia.

  • For in-stock items, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • For presale items, please note that these will not be shipped until we have received the stock from our manufacturers. Estimated shipping times for presale items will be communicated via email updates and social media.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size and weight of the package.

4. Delivery Time:

  • For in-stock items, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • For presale items, delivery times will vary depending on when we receive the stock. We will provide estimated shipping dates once stock is confirmed. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary.

5. Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
