2.1 We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are error-free. Slight variations in colour, design, and appearance may occur due to the nature of the materials used.
2.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.2 We accept payment via Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Eftpos, Google Pay, shop pay and UnionPay.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
4. Orders
4.1 Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to, situations where the product is no longer available, there are issues with payment, or if there is a mistake in the product description or price.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We currently only ship within Australia. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
5.2 Please ensure that your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5.3 All delivery times are estimated. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5.4 We do not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the pre-ordered products by the estimated date. In the event there is a delay, and the estimated shipping date is not met, we are not responsible for any loss or damages caused by delay, nor are we obligated to provide a discount, refund, or credit due to delay. The pre-ordered products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order item is received by us.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
6.2 Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
6.3 If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
6.4 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@clarite.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
7. Returns Policy
7.1 We offer a refund or exchange only if the product is defective or damaged.
7.2 The product must be returned within [Insert Number] days of receipt in its original packaging and condition, unused, with all tags attached.

7.4 Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the item. If it is found to be defective or damaged, a replacement or refund will be issued. We will not cover return shipping costs unless the item is found to be defective or damaged.

8.1 We provide a 30 day warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our website or products.
